Well-versed in dashboarding, data visualizations and analytics. Good experience in dashboards designing in Tableau with large data volumes from various data sources like Oracle, SQL Server, Excel files. Ability to work in publishing the reports/views.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated my expertise in project management, quality assurance, and troubleshooting, especially in Agile environments. My proficiency in various Agile techniques has enabled me to effectively manage and mentor diverse, cross-functional teams. My technical skills in tools like JIRA, Confluence have been instrumental in enhancing team productivity and project success.

In my current role as a Scrum Master at IBM, I have successfully led teams in delivering cloud solutions, improving process compliance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. My previous experiences at Deloitte and Infosys have further solidified my ability to drive project success, manage stakeholder relationships, and transform challenging teams into high-performing units.
