Hi!

I'm Shierleen Humphries and my friends call me Shai.

I have spent more than 10 years of my working experience talking directly to people with endless enthusiasm and positivity of wanting to help with what they need in finding a resolution to their problems.

For 5 years in the BPO industry, 3 years were focused on customer support and received numerous citations for excellent customer service                                                                                                                                                                                                     

My 2 challenging years in sales taught me how to be a goal-oriented hardworking person while meeting the true need of a customer.

I enjoy honing my craft while building good interpersonal relationships with my students as an ESL Tutor for 5 years.

I reckon that my skill set would be a perfect match for the job and I enjoy interacting with people of multicultural diversities and most of all, I genuinely believe that my customer service level and teaching methods would be most beneficial for the company.
