Shiella Marie Ramillano

I studied Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy for more than two years, been employed at two different drugstore chains for more than a year then I entered BPO when I started working at Teleperformance as an Operations Executive in a travel account for three years. I worked at iQor afterwards as a Collections Specialist. Initially, being in a medical field taught me how to be versatile, organized and keen in everything I do. I believe that those practices helped me a lot when I shifted to BPO industry and had to do tasks that are out of my concentration. I learn fast and I do my duties as what I am expected to do.
