I am a Risk and Fraud Management Analyst (Fraud Analyst) in a BPO for 1 year and 5 months now. I was a Quality Assurance Analyst for 2 years in the same BPO. I also have prior experience in technical support, customer service and image review in 3 other BPO centers. I was able to interact with different types of customers and colleagues which helped me acquire helpful knowledge in handling various scenarios that require problem solving while maintaining good customer experience as a priority.
