For the past 10 years, I've worked as a Customer Service Specialist for different BPO companies and E-commerce businesses. Additionally, as part of this experience, I have trained and managed several customer support teams.

I enjoy helping customers in a pleasant and professional manner by assisting them with order processing & order fulfillment and solving technical/product quality related issues.

I'm diligent, detail-oriented, results-oriented and I always strive to improve. I enjoy working in an environment where I can learn new skills while utilizing my current skills to the full extent.
