I'm a person who is positive about every aspect of life and love to interact with people. I've worked as a Customer Service Representative for 3 years and 6 months as an Appointment setter. For my most recent job, I worked in a sales department that focuses on digital services. I am equally successful with my strategy in making calls. I’ll make sure that my calls are pleasant, informative and helpful. I do my homework and knowledgeable enough about the product to get them interested. If the call does not result in sales, I thank them for their time, and leave my number. I put those individuals in my call back file and it increases my success rate even more.
