As a Recruiting Administrator and Talent Partner, I bring strong expertise in candidate sourcing, database management, and end-to-end recruitment processes. I’ve supported placements across a range of industries, including Manufacturing, Life Sciences, IT, Healthcare Staffing, Finance, and Accounting.

In addition to my recruitment experience, I have a solid background as a Process Trainer and Business Solutions Analyst in the information technology and services sector. My skill set includes customer service, CRM systems, employee engagement, business process improvement, and training delivery—allowing me to bridge operational efficiency with people-focused solutions.

Outside of corporate work, I’m also a dedicated part-time English tutor for Japanese students, combining my passion for education with cross-cultural communication.
