Marketing Automation - Over 5 years of extensive experience creating funnels, mapping out
processes and building automations, setting up workflows and nurturing sequences, and
providing technical support.
Project Management – Worked as project manager for more than 15 clients and was
responsible for monitoring the different stages of the project , for liaising with other team

Onboards new clients and perform activities to help them get set up quickly. These
activities include instance setup and configuration, creation of templates (form, email
and landing pages), database migration from their previous application to SharpSpring,
CRM and pipeline setup, and training.
Assists clients with their marketing plan by discussing ideas and strategies which will be
converted into business processes and automated solutions. Among my most notable
automations include: NPS process and an online audit delivery process (both were
featured in a SharpSpring webinar), webinar and event automation, and advanced
funnel reporting.
Provides technical support and strategic consultations.
Manages SharpSpring integration with 3rd-party CRM systems. Some clients prefer to
utilize only the marketing automation functionality of SharpSpring and integrate with
their chosen CRM instead. I am responsible for mapping out the integration, creating
process maps, scope documents, test cases and ensuring that the whole integration
project will be delivered in a timely manner.
Builds alternative reporting dashboards to meet clients’ unique requirements using
Google Looker Studio, Google Sheets, SQL and BigQuery. This task involves KPIs and
metrics discussions, followed up with data analysis and process recommendations after
enough data have been collected.
