I am a well rounded person. A responsible and dependable Customer Service Representative, Technical and Sales Support for more than 10 years now.
I had worked for Telecommunications, Sales , Technical and Travel accounts and obtained expertise in placing orders, device troubleshooting, service recovery for orders,
billing, obtaining details for complaints, (book-change-cancel flights, hotels, transportation and package reservations).
I have been a CSAT Analyst for almost two years and my job includes monitoring customer service representative calls to ensure accurate and consistent information is delivered to the customer in a courteous and responsive manner. I was also responsible for assuring Customer Satisfaction through regular auditing of phone calls and provides suggestions and feedback's across all departments (Training Department, Quality Assurance Department, Operations) for improvement of the delivery of information and services to customers. I used to be responsible for assuring Customer Satisfaction is met in every call for all agents in an account.
Currently, I am a Reporting Analyst for Quality Department and I am responsible for updating ,recording, and organizing materials/templates to maximize work efficiency across all sites globally supporting clients and managers for every account/project.
My experience in a high-pressured environment have taught me attention details, resilience and flexibility in using different tools provided by the client. I am a smart and hard worker, a good listener, fast learner and adaptable to meet my employers timezone. I value my clients trust and I commit myself to any job, taking full responsibility in completing projects on time.
I am a visual artist. I love crafts and photography. I design and organize parties ( weddings, debut, birthdays, baptism, etc). I am an outdoor person. I love to travel, hike and camp. Im also active in charity and community works.
