Sheryl de Jesus

I pride myself on my customer service skills and my ability to resolve what could be difficult situations. I have this ability to effectively deal with different types of people and I always make sure to find ways in any difficult situation. With my vast experience in sales and as a customer service associate, I have learned to effectively understand and resolve customer issues. On a related note, I also have strong communication skills, which help me work well with customers, team members, and executives. 

Some of my abilities and skills are listed below:

In addition, I also worked as a part-time online English teacher for Koreans, Japanese, Chinese and Spanish. As an ESL teacher I work for elementary, secondary and post-secondary levels or as an adult education instructor, providing English instruction to individual students.
