My name is Sherwin, a BSTI graduate from the Philippines, currently working as an IT Support Assistant at Exxel Prime International Trading Inc. In my role, I handle troubleshooting, system maintenance, and user support, which has strengthened my skills in IT support, server management, and business technology solutions.

I have technical experience in HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, Linux, and ERPNext (Frappe Bench), along with proficiency in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. These skills allow me to support both business operations and technical systems, ensuring efficiency and reliability.

My strengths include being detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn. I approach challenges with problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical issues in a clear and simple way, making it easier for colleagues and end-users to understand. I also value teamwork and continuous growth, always looking for ways to improve my knowledge and performance.

At the same time, I acknowledge areas for improvement. I can be too self-critical when learning new tools, and I am still working on improving my public speaking skills. However, I see these as opportunities to grow personally and professionally.

My career goal is to advance in system administration and IT infrastructure, contributing to organizations through technical expertise and dedication.
