CONTRACT CLOSURE • Monitor and ensure the completion of the last milestone of the delivery schedule/plan in the contract • Provide inputs for contract evaluation and organize Contract Management Review

Responsible for the pre-screening and credit evaluation of maintenance requests for cards and personal loans through a complete and accurate review of account submitted information against the defined criteria and thorough and accurate maintenance of submitted information against the account maintenance form/documents. Ensures strict application and observance of established credit policies and processing guidelines.
A. Credit Processing
1. Ensures that all requests received from Call Center, Service Fulfillment Unit, Marketing, BDO Branches, Website, etc. are accounted and properly accounted with corresponding documents (if applicable) immediately after such requests are acknowledge.
2. Evaluates and recommends appropriate credit decision of requests such as the ff:
Increase/decrease in credit limit, Card upgrade/downgrade/conversion, Multiple cards/2nd card Activation/reactivation, Supplementary card applications, eSOA enrollment/disenrollment, Credit investigation and Fraud detection, Cancellation
3. Monitors requests forwarded to Authorized Credit Signor/s for approval and see to it that decision and processing turn-around time is met.
4. Performs creation / maintenance and crosschecks individual fields in the processing system to ensure all entries are valid and/or data encoded matches with the original request. Edits / maintains any erroneous entry.
5. Renders 1st level credit decision and system confirmation if with C3 credit delegated authority.
