I have been working homebased for about a year now, as an ESL teacher, telemarketer, appointment setter and inside sales agent.

I have worked in a BPO Company as a Technical Support Representative and Customer Care Associate for more than 4 years. I can do multi-tasking and can work under pressure.

My goal is to seek challenging assignment and responsibility, with an opportunity for growth and career advancement as successful achievements. I have an excellent communication skills, computer skills (basic understanding on computer programs such as excel, microsoft word and other tools), I can navigate the internet like social media sites. I can do research on the internet. I am very flexible, i can adapt to changes quickly, i can work with minimal supervision and i am willing to learn new things, i am open for things which helps me improve my skills so that i can provide better results to the company.
