I’m a compassionate and detail-oriented Clinical Psychologist and Community Development Specialist with over seven years of experience supporting individuals, organizations, and communities to grow and thrive. My background blends counselling, human resource management, administration, and hospitality — allowing me to contribute meaningfully in both people-centred and operational environments.
Since 2017, I have been actively involved with Claire Children’s Home, a residential care and community outreach organization dedicated to supporting vulnerable children. In my administrative capacity, I help with staff recruitment, documentation, and general office coordination. I also support program planning and ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly, maintaining a nurturing environment for both staff and children.
Beyond this role, I’ve served with organizations such as AsOne Ministries, TASO Tororo, Naguru China Uganda Hospital, Uganda Cares, and Butabika National Referral Hospital. My work has included providing psychosocial counselling, facilitating community awareness campaigns, managing records and reports, and assisting in leadership and program coordination. These diverse experiences have strengthened my ability to balance compassion with structure, ensuring both people and systems receive the attention they deserve.
In recent years, I’ve expanded my focus into HR support, administration, and hospitality coordination, helping organize immersion trips, workshops, and staff activities. I take pride in creating positive experiences and smooth operations for teams, visitors, and partners alike.
Known for my professionalism, empathy, and reliability, I thrive in collaborative spaces where service and structure go hand in hand. I’m deeply committed to excellence whether that means counselling a client, managing a database, planning an event, or supporting remote teams with administrative tasks.
I’m currently open to both remote and hybrid opportunities in HR, administrative support, counselling, and hospitality coordination, where I can continue using my skills to strengthen communities and build impactful connections across cultures.
