I am a fast learner and can definitely handle pressure in all aspects of work. For 4 years in BPO industry, I must say that I am well-trained, may it be in actual/phone assistance or email/writing assistance. I'm a task-oriented and can do lot of work under limited time. I handled International Accounts such as Sprint, Virgin Mobile and eBay UK. My recent work was in eBay UK wherein I handled general queries like how to buy, sell and register on the site, after few months, I was then transferred to Account Department wherein I handled account issues, suspensions and "dead-end" issues of the members/customers. I was then transferred to the highest point of escalation which is the Appeals Department. I handled cases, disputes and the most difficult issues when it comes to online shopping. I've been with phone and email support.
