Zendesk, Freshdesk, Zoho and Gorgias is some of the CSR tools,

 I daily working from and Tidio and Tawk is the livechat plug ins. I use to daily work with as well.

Having also a strong knowledge about Woo-Ecommerce as well.

FYI, I also perform 100% consulting assignments at the customer's request from my registered company, I prefer long term cooperation more than a year but also interested in shorter projects.
