I'm Sherlyn Liper, 28 years old from Philippines. I have a Bachelor's degree in Science Major in Marketing Management. I started working in a Car Company as a Receptionist/Admin Assistant and my responsibilities include assisting clients with their queries and helping them some information within my scope. As a receptionist/Admin, I learned how to deal with different types of customers. My second employer was 51talk and I worked as an Online teacher, and my responsibilities include teaching English language to 51 talk Chinese students and giving them the best online class experience. My third employer was Belletelle and I work as an Customer Service Representative that serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems. And my last employer was A-HIVE Solutions as an Quality Assurance Specialist, I am preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures and Identifying and resoIving workflow and production issues. I am a good listener, quick learner and believe in learning from my past mistakes and experiences.
