My work experience was in a manufacturing company, SEMPHIL based in Calamba, Laguna, Philippines for almost 6 years as a Quality Engineer, Data Analyst and Data Entry. I handled monitoring inspection items, managing inspectors, mentoring subordinates with their assigned tasks and facilitating meetings to give issue feedback to technical and production teams. My main task was analyzing issues by creating trends, graphs, making reports and presentations to technical, and production teams and to the model in charge. When super major issues occur, I prepare report and presentation and discuss it with President and other involved individuals to address the major issue particularly its initial analysis to be able to provide necessary action items, main root cause and long-term countermeasure.
