I have been in the financial industry for 7 years, the last five have been in the Compliance Registration department at Edward Jones. I am skilled in up to ninety processes in this role but would say my focus and accomplishments have been in creating, analyzing, and researching reports and registration onboarding. In addition, I am the host of the quarterly business development sessions which involve networking and collaborating with various departments and the Salesforce SME/Superuser.

I enjoy learning new things, as mentioned there are over ninety processes on my current team. With rules and regulations constantly changing there is always a considerable amount of information to learn. I believe in being responsible for my own development and am always challenging myself in this area. I would like to broaden my experience and challenge myself to seek roles in an industry that I am not currently in. Prior to becoming an associate at Edward Jones, I did not have any experience in the financial industry. I have moved from a contingent/contractor to a full-time position, which lead to a promotion after one year.
