This is then documented into final documentation to ensure consistency.  Creation of Documentation as well as updating both technical and art sides.  Creation of basic assets for importing into situSYSTEMS including cleanup of assets, UVing, and material assignments.  Creation of all foliage using Speedtree or from obtaining and cleaning up Megascans assets.  Creation of PBR textures and shaders/materials.      Writing of “uber” shaders for external contractors to use when creating assets to ensure the asset comes into the engine correctly. Photoshoot from clients products for textures and turning them into textures for use in engine/situSYSTEMS. Photoshoot from clients products for 3D Artists to model and texture assets for use correctly if no CAD data is provided or little information is provided from the client. Coding of system in Unreal (both UE4.27 and UE5) for PC, VR, and Mobile, to allow people to walk through dwellings and environments to see what it will look like once developed in real life. Also allows for swapping out of assets from wall paint colours, to furniture, cabinetry, etc, again so people can pick what they want and view their home prior to build, or landscaping for environments. Finalisation of projects using Pano2VR June 2019 – November (Contractor) – Application Specialist - Gallagher Bassett Duties Include:  Supporting main application Claims Consultants use which includes: o Adding and removing of accounts o Assistance with bugs and issues. Some of this involves resolving the issue within the scope of the job however if it involves developer fixes the issue is past off to the relevant team. o Configuration when changes are required of the system. o Updates to the system sometimes requiring after hours work to ensure no one is logged into the system when changes are made. o Creation and implementation of templates used by Claims Consultants including lower environment testing through to release in Production environment.  Reporting. Generation of reports to the business reporting on tickets that are pending different departments and assistance with closing these off if required.  Leading and overseeing rollouts of updates.  Some development work such as modifying or creating SQL scripts for not only reporting but to automate some requests and queries. Currently re-learning SQL and actively running scripts in the production environment (as well as UAT environment) to re-learn this and obtain query criteria.  Learning of Java to do backend development work on the primary application. November 2018 – June 2019 (Contractor) Technical Artist – V2i Duties Include:  Implementing,designing and updating pipeline for Realtime 3D Visualisation. Including IT requirements for both software and hardware.  Programming of assets, optimisation of projects, creating and updating documentation. Cleaning up of old code and updating to current engine/build. Creation of new code and functionality on a project to project basis. All new code and updated code is also updated through Perforce to be easily used in future projects.  Creation of new projects using UE4 and setting up in Perforce. Projects are created primarily with the use of JSON however there are some projects where this isn’t required so standard template is created.  Troubleshoot existing project issues and resolving. Builds are generated using Jenkins where I will set up new builds once I create them and send off a build during milestones to ensure they build correctly. Any troubleshooting is also done and fixed up accordingly.  3D modelling, texturing, animation. March 2014 – April 2018 – Tutor/Content Creator/Programmer/Unit Champion Prime Learning (formally Art Intelligence, formally Evocca) Duties Include:  Tuition of students for ICT50210 Diploma in Interactive Games. This included holding workshops, one on one’s, and marking their assessments.  Training of other Tutors. This was a regular occurrence due to the skills, knowledge and expertise I hold with what was required for being able to teach the course including UDK/UE4 and being one of a couple of qualified Programmers (eventually I was the only qualified programmer in the college).  Was one of 2 Tutors (the other Tutor was my husband) who had the status of being an accredited UE4 trainer until the college was closed. I am still recognised as a UE4 Specialist.  Content creation.  One of 2 Tutors who, when the owner decided to retire and shut down the college, was chosen to teach out remainder students (the other Tutor was my husband). May 2010 – March 2014 IT Service Desk Officer UnitingCare Health Duties Include: I do general every day support of all hospitals and corporate office which include password resets, creation of accounts, termination of accounts, release of blocked emails, etc. Other support includes helping staff via phone or via remote control on how to do things such as simple file restores, MS Office assistance, installation of PC’s and laptops. Desktop Support duties including port patching and builds of laptops and PC’s to a standard SOE. Port patching. Oversee a small team when the team leader is unavailable. General reporting. Training and mentoring of staff. Escalation and complaint handling. January 2007 – August 2007 Desktop Support Officer at Suncorp Duties include: Building of PC systems for Suncorp to standard SOE. Installation of software and hardware. Port patching. Problem solving for calls that are for third level support. Procurement of hardware and software. Look after Mimesweeper and having to release or decline emails and attachments that don’t comply to security policies that includes large attachments that were over the limit. June 2002 – January 2007 Helpdesk Support Officer at Suncorp Duties include: Logging of helpdesk calls using SOLVE from phone calls to emails. Resolving as many calls as possible over the phone. Installation of software and hardware. Maintaining the call queue by checking those that had gone past their SLA and calling users to help solve the issue. This was not just my calls logged but from calls logged to anyone on the Helpdesk. Solving issues that were not just Suncorp issues but those from GIO, RACQ, LJ Hooker, DAS sites and many other people who are affiliated with Suncorp. Restoring of files if requested. Setting up of printer queues. Training other staff on software/hardware I was firstly trained at to get to know for a backup. Feburary 2000 – September 2001 Helpdesk Support Officer (Contractor) at Groupama Insurances (London, England) Duties include: Logging of calls using Royal Blue from phone calls, people coming to see us and from emails. Resolved many problems over the phone as well as seeing a person in person if requested. Installed software as well as hardware. Set up SLA’s and checked with my supervisor that everyone were adhering to the SLA. Rest passwords, setup of new user accounts and maintaining user accounts. Setup people for usage of the internet. Remote controlled users machines to show how to do a request they were wanting help on. October 1997 – October 1999 Helpdesk Support Officer at ABN AMRO Duties include: Logging of helpdesk calls using Infra from phone call as well as users who would come and see us in person. Most problems were resolved over the phone. Those problems not resolved over the phones as a user wanted to see someone in person I myself would see them if it wasn’t too busy or a third level support officer would see the user. I was responsible for installing some software onto the internet, resetting of passwords using Novell. Was also responsible for obtaining a third party client to come out to look at printers such as Lexmark, if any were down and under warranty. Helped my supervisor look at any jobs that had passed their SLA and have these resolved. August 1996 – October 1997 Technical Specialist at Icom Solutions Pty Ltd Duties include: Teaching many clients on how to use all sorts of software as well as hardware. This was broken down into three categories: Beginners, Intermediate, and Advanced. Many clients came to the office which was broken up into class rooms as well as having to travel throughout NSW and parts of QLD to teach at a clients place of work. My two biggest clients were NSW Agriculture and Nestlé. I also had to write up documentation if it was a specialised course instead of teaching the standard software or hardware package. Also had support for each client once the course was finished if they had other problems later. The classes ranged from 1 on 1 up to 12 at a time. September 1995 – August 1996 Data Entry Operator at Riette Export Pty Ltd Duties include: Data entry of purchase orders, invoicing for clients, office supervisor.
