RECRUITMENT and HIRING:
Receives, process approved personnel requisitions
Coordinates with department head for internal placements (lateral transfer, promotion)
Posts job advertisements on Indeed, Jobstreet, Facebook
Pre-screen resumes and conducts initial interview
Facilitate employment examination
Endorse and facilitate qualified applicants for final interview with requesting department(s).
Conducts pre-employment background check
Send offer letter to selected applicant
Facilitate pre-employment requirements
Conducts orientation and onboarding of new hires
Updates HRIS and 201 file
PERFORMANCE EVALUATION:
Monitor probationary employees on 3rd and 5th month
Facilitate evaluation for regularization with responsible department head
Monitor and facilitates annual evaluation for regular employees
Conducts evaluation with respective department head(s) for employees subject for competency gap assessment and further interventions.
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT:
Analyzing of performance evaluation results with Human Resource Head and Consultant
Design Annual Training Plan
Monitor training post training effectiveness
Responsible in handling company events (Teambuildings, Christmas Parties)
EMPLOYEE RELATION:
Assists HR Departmen Head in the issuance of memorandums
Assists in the issuance of notices and disciplinary actions
Assists in counseling employees
Assists in preparing legal documents
TIMEKEEPING:
Conducts daily attendance of employees (including attendance reports from branches)
Generate reports for absenteeism, awol and tardiness
ADMINISTRATIVE:
Attends guests in the lobby in the absence of receptionist
Attends to Top Management's concerns and tasks
Accounting:
