phone manners, and an ability to deal with agitated or distressed customers. I have progressed to an
agent and fortunately, the company assigned me as a mentor/ OIC supervisor during the peak week of
the account. Every season we have a different ramp, which means that thousands of American
customers will call to buy flowers for their loved ones. Our main goal is to deliver smiles to every
customer and recipient and make them feel that we care. Especially with our account, we are known for
providing Excellence Plus Service. As a mentor, we are making sure that all the representatives are
following the call flow and doing their job accordingly.

My journey with this company taught me how to handle pressure, especially in sales. I was handling
calls for At&t billing and sales, It was an amazing team that I had and during my first week, I was
happy for I was the first agent in our wave who got the sale. Speaking with customers who have
problems with their mobile phones, home phone, and the internet really taught me a lot about how to
really listen also for me to know the main reason for their call or issue. Working with At&t billing and
sales was really fun. Fun because I learn from each and every call. Every day I spoke with different
customers with different scenarios taught me how to deal with handling the call properly especially it's
new to me. All in all, I am grateful to be part of the company and also thankful for the experience that I

I was first a customer service representative for The Black Tux, it is online suits and tuxedos for rent
and for keeps. Later on, promoted to a fit specialist. My job being a fit specialist was to make sure all
the sizes of all the rentals and orders we have for that day have been size check before handing it over
to our delivery time. I also make sure that the body fit of the customer is just right for the size we have
on our sheets. Because most of our orders are for Weddings and other special occasions and I don't
wanna ruin the look of the Groom by sending them the wrong sizes. That is why the first half of my
shift I make sure to call all the orders that need to be verified by the customer. Mostly my job is to offer
sizes that would suit better for our customer and to make sure the customer is happy.
