I’m a fresh graduate with a Bachelor of Secondary Education, Major in Mathematics, and for the past two years, I’ve gained solid experience working as a cold caller in outbound campaigns, specifically in the roofing and solar industries. In this role, I handled high-volume calling using auto-dialers, followed scripts, dealt with objections, and built quick rapport with prospects. Over time, I became very confident and natural in this role. I realized I genuinely enjoy talking to people, and I find it rewarding when I’m able to turn a cold lead into someone interested. For me, cold calling isn’t just about reading a script—it’s about connecting and building relationships, even in a short amount of time.

In addition to cold calling, I also worked as a customer service representative for two months, where I provided support to customers through inbound calls. That experience taught me the value of patience, empathy, and clear communication, especially when resolving issues. I became more attentive to customer concerns and learned how to stay calm under pressure while still delivering quality service.

My strengths include strong English communication skills, a clear and confident speaking voice, and the ability to handle rejection professionally. I’m highly organized and familiar with logging call outcomes, updating CRMs, and keeping track of follow-ups. I’m also comfortable using various tools like auto-dialers, spreadsheets, and other admin platforms.

I work best independently but am also a team player when needed. I take initiative, adapt quickly, and always strive to meet or exceed expectations. I’m used to working night shifts and make sure I have a quiet environment, reliable internet, and working headset to ensure everything runs smoothly.
