I am an experienced accountant and bookkeeper with over 11 years of combined corporate and remote work supporting U.S.-based companies and professionals. My career began in a corporate setting, where I spent 7 years as an Accounting Management Supervisor handling full-cycle accounting, tax preparations, financial reporting, and audit support for two sites. This role built my strong foundation in accounting principles, compliance, and leadership.

Since 2014, I’ve also worked remotely with various U.S. small businesses and startups—including a CPA firm, a property management company, an HVAC service provider, and a digital marketing agency. These roles have allowed me to specialize in U.S.-based accounting, using tools like QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Excel, and BillQuick. I’ve managed tasks like bank and credit card reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, payroll processing, class tracking, and monthly financial reporting.

One of the highlights of my experience was supporting a startup property management company with no formal accounting system in place. I helped clean up two years' worth of financials, built the chart of accounts, implemented class tracking, and created streamlined reporting within QuickBooks Online. In another role, I collaborated with a digital marketing team to design their billing and collection SOPs from scratch—bringing structure to a previously ad hoc system.

I'm also experienced in tools like Lacerte DMS for document management, Stripe, and FieldEdge integration for HVAC operations, and I’ve assisted in preparing data for U.S. tax filings, including 1099s and annual returns. My approach is always proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven. I take pride in treating every client’s business as if it were my own—focused not just on accuracy and efficiency but also on helping them grow and stay compliant.
