I am a communication major. I started my career year 2015 in the BPO Industry. I had 6 years of cx experience and technical support catering US and AU clients. I handled Telco service voice and non voice, Also back office accounts. Year 2021 i tried to shift into the VA industry as I was trying to look a permanent WFH job and had been an inside sales agent for a realtor based in Florida. My recent experience was in a logistics company-aus a recruiter assigned to screen applicants until the onboarding process.
