For more than 10 years now I have been in the customer service industry. I have been employed in many different types of organizations, such as electronics, non-profit, and clothing.

I originally started my career in the administration field after receiving my certification in Office Administration with Word Processing. After 4 years I started my family. When I returned to the work force I found that my niche was in customer service. I love people. And communicating with people. My communication skills are excellent and I've been praised from my employers and co-workers as having an amazing talent for communicating professionally and friendly through telephone.

While I was employed in customer service I started my own web site. I created it from scratch using FrontPage. I also created my own written content. As part of my web site I offered advice to my viewers. I received numerous communications through emails which I promptly replied to. As part of my success I was interviewed on 2 radio stations: one in Canada and one in the U.S. This lasted from 1999 to 2011.

I'm at the point in my life where I wish to expand my career. I believe working remotely at home will allow me to use my vast skills I have acquired over the years, whether it be freelancing or employment within a company. I have the time, flexibility and knowledge to dedicate myself to this career change.

What do I have to offer? I am quite knowledgeable in an array of software programs, such as Microsoft Office, social media, and various other applications. Since I've used many types of software programs it doesn't take me long to learn new ones. Also, I possess a typing speed of over 70 wpm. My English is impeccable. My writing skills are phenomenal, as reading and writing are one of my main hobbies. I have incredible communication skills and have been told repeatedly that I have an amazing telephone voice. Also my past career positions have enabled me to help manage various businesses, making me organized and well versed in product knowledge. I am meticulously organized, dedicated and possess strong work ethics.

I am not adverse to relocating for the right position.
