Assist Processors/Reviewers with questions on Designated Projects while processing daily work. Assist with creating new email templates as needed to improve communication with participants and clients. Monitor and work Personal Cases, Team Queue Cases and Team Member Cases. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
