Accountabilities
Responsible to learn designated Projects, all distribution types and loans and assist with training Processor/Reviewers.
Responsible to learn IRS code and plan document provisions and assist with training Processor/Reviewers.
Works directly with US Project Specialist to be trained on Distribution Types and Record Keeper websites and provide ongoing assistance and training to DP Team.
Assist Processors/Reviewers with questions on Designated Projects while processing daily work.
Assist with creating new email templates as needed to improve communication with participants and clients.
Monitor and work Personal Cases, Team Queue Cases and Team Member Cases.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
