I started my work experience with BWFS in 2014 as a Customer Relations Executive my job was to meet and assist First class customers for Swiss International and Lufthansa Airlines.
I moved myself in Reservations(Interglobr Technology)line so that i know how to book a ticket through GDS channel (Amadeus) refunds, rescheduling.
I moved back to airport with Celebi Ground Handling Services dedicated in a team with Qatar Airways as a Customer Service Executive there i worked at the Check-In, Boarding Gates and at the Transfers as well.
I got the chance to move to Qatar,Doha with Qatar Airways as a Customer Services Agent I worked in all parts of the airport.
Soon i got promoted as a Senior Customer Services Agent, my profile was to brief the agents and to make sure that flight goes on time, to check the documents.
