Shauntol Stephenson

I, Ms. S Stephenson, am an experienced ESL/ALT English instructor both from my two (2) working experience in classroom within the Japanese school system and from my work online for about three (3) years.

I am also an experienced Customer Service Specialist that has worked for two (2) calls centers in chat, phone and emails. During my time at both call centers, I received many awards for performance, customer satisfaction and attendence for chat, email and phone separately.

I graduated from the University of the West Indies with a Bachelor's degree. My major was International Relations with two (2) minors in Politics and Management Studies.
