- Sales Consultant - this involves managing & maintaining customer accounts and keeping abreast of all products supplied by company to ensure I could guide the customer effectively to their business needs. 2. System Engineer - develop, implement and support the financial institutions atm systems.
- Project Coordinator - assist in the implementation of a financial institution's PBX system and the upgrade of their asset management system.
- As a virtual assistant for the past 5 years and have been doing a number of tasks which includes all the items listed above. I am a hardworking and self-motivated individual who likes to ensure that all required tasks are completed within a timely manner. I have a wealth of experience in using Asana and Basecamp to manage tasks as well as the Microsoft Suite and GoogleDocs for emails, content writing and spreadsheets just to name a few.
My other skills include being an excellent communicator both written and orally and is not afraid to seek clarification on tasks requested. I have good problem-solving and analytical skills along with leadership qualities to help motivate my team to complete tasks.
