I**n 2013 to 2015 I was appointed as IT Support Engineer in FATA Institutional Strengthen Project by US Funded project**
· HR FTS expansion in FATA secretariat under the project of FISP
(FATA Institutional Strengthen Project)
· Monitoring & Updating File Tracking System.
· Training employee’s on file tracking system.
· Managing and troubleshooting database of machines.
· Managing and updating Finger Tec Biometric attendance machines.
· Enrolment, Deleting and issuance of IDs to employees.
· Updating HRMIS (Human Resource Management Information System).
· Updating FAMS (FATA Assets Management System).
· Responsible for the troubleshooting and maintenance of desktops, laptops
· Responsible for the setup and configuration of computers with the required
software for new users.
· Network Presentative Maintenance of FATA Secretariat Network
· Responsible for performing backups of workstations.
· Assist in the preparation of technical documentation.
· Responsible for compilation and maintenance of IT inventory of hardware and
software.
· Test Systems and make recommendations.
· Responsible for any physical work related to the computers’ hardware issues
and moving workstations to another location.
· Maintaining Online Complaint Management System (OCMS).
· Contribute to ensuring that the systems and software are kept up to date and
messages are passed on and feedback received promptly.

I**n 2015 I was appointed as IT Assistant in a Project (MADP) international Narcotics and Law Affairs US Funded**
where I worked in multi task environment design presentation troubleshooting Networks and also work as Data Entry Operator.
In 2016 i appointed as Computer Operator in Social Welfare Department
