I hold a Bachelor’s in Engineering in Computer Science and I’ve been working as a Digital Business Manager for 5 years. In that time, I have been able to gather experience in systems and operations, marketing strategies and administration.

Experience:

Digital Business Manager at Archetype - I was in charge of managing a team of VA's for sales outreach, calendar management and CRM

Content Strategist at Happy Self Publishing - Responsible for developing a system for content management, manage a team of 6 VA's for content management, podcast and course launch support and podcast management.

Business Manager at Indian Spicebox - Managed business operations and bookkeeping. Established market in 4 countries and assisted in logistics and operational management.

Here are some of my proudest/biggest accomplishments in my work as a Digital Business Manager:

• Set up CRM from the scratch and streamlines lead magnets and sales funnels.
• Set up Inventory Management in Airtable and automated the data.
• Launched a product in three countries and set up sales funnels for the product.

I’m very familiar with Kajabi, Dubsado, Trello, Asana, Convertkit, MailerLite and ClickUp.

My strengths are in the field of project/team and systems management, and I mainly use Asana/Trello and Dubsado.
