I am a proactive and reliable Virtual Assistant with a strong background in customer service, administrative support, and brand coordination. With over 4 years of experience across diverse roles — from call center agent to brand ambassador to executive virtual assistant — I’ve developed a keen sense for organization, communication, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

My current role as a Virtual Assistant at Ideas Inked Ltd has allowed me to support executives with calendar management, email handling, meeting coordination, and document preparation. I’ve become confident using tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, Trello, Asana, and various CRMs to streamline workflows and meet tight deadlines. Whether it’s handling correspondence, tracking project progress, or assisting with research, I bring attention to detail, clear communication, and a problem-solving mindset to everything I do.

Before this, I worked as a Brand Ambassador at YDX Agency, where I managed outreach campaigns, led product demonstrations, and built client relationships that directly boosted brand awareness and lead generation. I also spent time at CCI as a call center agent, where I honed my customer service skills, met performance targets, and learned the importance of empathy and patience — qualities I still carry into my work today.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Information Science and am ALX-certified as a Virtual Assistant. Fluent in English (and conversational in French), I bring both professionalism and a warm, approachable attitude to every client interaction. I also love learning new tools and systems — adapting quickly is one of my strengths.
