My career path began in retail, and over time I advanced into specialist and leadership roles within SDS EXR. For the past three years, I have worked as a Team Manager, guiding a diverse group of associates, overseeing quality metrics, and driving process improvements that enhanced both team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
