Thesis Project: Road Rage: a quantitative analysis of trade-off tensions between road construction planners and
ecologists
A quantitative study investigating the trade-off relationship between road design and ecological impact in linear infrastructure design. The
relationship was delineated through optimisation analysis through the application of a genetic algorithm on three simulated landscapes in the
Upper Spencer Gulf, Australia.
Beyond the scope of the human eye: estimating suspended sediment concentrations using remote sensing Application
to the Port Curtis using Landsat-5 TM imagery – University Project
This study describes the potential of Landsat-5 Thematic Mapper (TM) data for the operational monitoring of sediment plumes produced in
Port Curtis, Queensland, Australia. It was found that remote sensing provides an opportunistic means for collecting synoptic and instantaneous
regional water quality information but is yet to overcome the limitations of image acquisition intervals which occur simultaneously with
collection of field data.
Redland City Council 2013 Carbon Audit Report: Tracking and Reporting Greenhouse Gas
I contributed to this project through collecting aw data for calculating the quantity of emissions from council for the period of-. I also
assisted in the transformation of the data from quantity to tonnes of carbon dioxide equivalent using NGERs standards.
