Deft in handling wide range of activities like collections, customer care, client relationship and migration. Travelled to onshore site for smooth transition to offshore.

I am keen planner and implementor with track record of developing operational policies/norms, systems and controls. Have followed HIPPA compliance at all levels.

Have indepth knowledge of ms-office software .Have created MIS reports, flowcharts, PowerPoint presentations.

Currently I am not working so can join immediately to work remotely. I have a laptop with very high internet speed of 500 mp. I am ready for five day working for full time and open to work on any time zone UK, Australia, Canada, US( all time zones).
