Sharlene Chesson has worked in the technology field for over 17 years. She has held roles as a field technician, field analyst, and Systems Engineer. Sharlene has worked in customer service and administration for over 10 years, Sharlene has attended Fiorello LaGuardia College, Onondaga Community College and she has attended computer vocational classes through PEACE Inc. in Syracuse, New York where she obtained her A+ Computer repair certification.
