I have been working in the BPO industry for mor e than two years now. My first job was with an appointment setting account, we do outbound calls. Next would be with At&t billing. We do complex billing for customers and also we pitch for sales. I was also with At&t Uverse for a technical account and did basic troubleshooting. I also worked for Fabkids and Shoedazzle as a fashion consultant. Basically, we take care of members' accounts, take orders and track orders. I was also an admin assistant for a collections agency. I mostly do the reports, send and receive emails for our client and head office. I also have experience in data entry for medical billing as well as a virtual professional for nursing homes in the US.
