I have been working in BPO for 3 years as a Customer Service Representative and while working here I have talked and met a lot of different people. I've been working full shift in Inbound and outbound. Being a Customer Service Representative needs a lot of patient and dedication and I am proud to say that I am able to gave our Customer an excellent job and able to solve their concerns in a fast manner. I handled Healthcare US account for a year , I also have an experience as a Retention Agent for a Beauty Product being sold in US and my latest job is a Sales and Billing Representative for a Telecommunication Company in Australia. On this experiences I can say that I am an excellent representative because my Customers are satisfied with the resolution I provided I am patient on listening to them and I haven't been escalated for a bad service. I was able to met our company's metrics and have stayed in a company for a long time.
