I’m Shara Meris, a 38-year-old Filipino whose second language is English. I have 10 years of customer service experience, in both front (customer handling) operations and back-end support functions in call centers. I have extensive workforce management and reporting experience. I’m proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. I also have experience in content and article writing, creating writing, and email writing.
Currently, I’m in medical leave and looking to possibly transition from my current office job to a remote / home-based position. I’m comfortable working independently as well as with a team. I’m a self-starter, diligent worker and has a passion for customer service. My medical needs will not impede the quality of work I will deliver.
