I have worked in the BPO industry for 12 years where I had accomplished many experiences such as: Technical support, Customer service, Telemarketing Representative,Supervisor as well as Chat Support Advocate. Based on all of my experiences, I have acquired a lot of skills which had made me become a confident individual in whatever task is given and I concur it all with pride. I am a people person, honest, helpful, loves to work in groups, sincere, enthusiastic and passionate about my job. Easy to learn, punctual, and a good communicator who gets the job done.

I am proud to work on my own because there is a lot more to achieve and accomplish. I am ready to take on any new skills/opportunities that I see best fit for my characteristics. For all the experiences I gathered each has their role of background ranges. So to be a Customer Service representative you are not just providing services you are also learning other techniques such as been empathetic, apologetic, enthusiastic, always let your customer feels welcome and willing to come again, In the end you developed a grate skill that you never see coming or think you had it within.

I put passion in my work and learn how to control pressure when it comes my way because the experiences teaches me to maintain a level of standard. So if I love what I am doing, i will do it to the best of my abilities to get it done the right way which will not only pleases my customers but to also my employer.
