I started working as a Technical Support for a retail account. After that, I transferred over to a BPO company as well as an account expert. I handle bills, payments and technical concern. After almost a year, I started my job as an IT Helpdesk for a marketing company in the US. I can say that I am knowledgeable when it comes to technologies.
