Shane Marie Dapar

Hi, my name is Shane Marie Dapar, and I'm excited to be applying for the virtual assistant position at your company!

In my previous roles, I gained experience in taking calls, appointment setting, and developing strong communication and persuasion skills. Additionally, I’m eager to expand my expertise in administrative tasks, lead generation, and social media management.

I’m proficient in using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM tools, and I am comfortable working with social media platforms like Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram.

Most recently, I worked as a Sales Support at Choicetech Company, where I gained valuable experience in market research and customer relationship management in different communication platforms. I completed my contract with them as they were transitioning to a more specialized team that focused on Korean-speaking members. Now, I’m seeking new opportunities where I can continue to grow.

I graduated from Abellana National School with a major in Home Economics, which helped me build a solid foundation in customer service.
