I went to Goldenstate College and earned my Bachelor's Degree in Science- Major in Hotel and Restaurant Management way back in 2009. After graduation, I started working in a restaurant and gained more than a year of experience in customer service.
By 2017, I started working as a booking officer in a Travel and Tour Agency and that was the beginning of my exposure in using different Social Media platforms as a way to promote the services offered by the business. I am also in charge of handling emails and basic administrative tasks.
Since learning about the importance of Social Media Marketing as a way to promote and advertise the services of a business, I decided to learn more and improve my skills in this area by joining a training program about Social Media Marketing and Advertising conducted by the Department of Information and Communication Technology here in General Santos City.
