Hi there, my name is Shalloa but most of my family and friends call me “Sha”. I have been in the BPO industry for almost 9 years handling customer support by phone, chat, and email.
Before being promoted as a Team Manager, I have been a Personal Executive Assistant for a Site Director in one of the BPO companies I have worked with wherein I handled administrative tasks such as sending email communications, scheduling meetings, preparing and creating reports, processing invoice for reimbursements and events planning. I have also managed the engagement activities of our site to keep the work, life, and balance of our employees by creating different fun activities every month. I managed to boost our site's engagement through social media by creating our own Facebook page. I kept the engagement on our Facebook page by managing the posts, answering, and even reacting to comments.
With my years of experience in the customer support industry as a Team Manager handling premium accounts for cable, internet, phone, logistics, and eCommerce I have dealt with tasks and projects that required keen detail and strict schedules on top of ensuring that we deliver 100% customer satisfaction across all clients.
