I have hands on experience in customer service dealing with customers face to face as well as via phone and so this allows me to have a diverse advantage in handling customers. My unique ability to relate to any and every one, always puts me in a better position within the work place. I possess traits such as active listening, paying attention to details and leadership qualities second to none that also fosters my team spirit. Whilst I am able to work well in groups I also thrive individually as I am intrinsically motivated.
I am currently learning Spanish in an effort to add to my diverse skill set. My education level is currently at an associate degree level, but I am looking forward to extending that.
