I have almost 2 years experience of customer service, mostly I was in a Healthcare field where tasks was to handle providers process patients benefit, plan, claims, appeals and Prior authorization. I was also a customer representative that handles patients account information, benefits, OTC orders and refunds. The relevant experience helps me improve my expertise was in Airlines customer care we process bookings, refunds, rebooking and cancellations and of course upselling for the promos such as seat sale and peso sale. All of it was processed via chat so we handle 5 customers at a time. I was able to work in Germany and continue to study German language and I just hope my expertise will serve as my edge among others.
