I had very good experience in direct marketing, when I was joined as a fresher I have learned this skill

Customer Relationship, customer retention and customer data management, I have learned this when i was fully involved into the assignment

Team management, now I am in this position because of my good work

While handling all these duties I have also learned basic computer skills, web search, advertisement preperation, phomplet preperation, social media involvement become expert in utilizing MS office tools, emails, outlook etc..

While handling the team and my Branches I have improved my verbal and written skills a lot
