● Designed and executed a comprehensive research survey, preparing a
detailed questionnaire and conducting surveys with 102 participants to
assess nutrition knowledge, attitudes, and intake of vegetables, fruits,
and dairy products, including a 3-day food recall to analyze food
choices in relation to dietary knowledge and attitudes.
● Performed statistical analysis using SPSS and other analytical tools to
evaluate the association between students’ nutrition knowledge,
attitudes, and dietary intake, culminating in a high-quality final thesis
report.
● Advocated for and recommended educational programs focused on
health and nutrition for students at AUW, promoting awareness and
long-term behavioral changes.

● Conducted qualitative research through in-depth interviews with four
elderly women aged 70+, documenting their intellectual contributions
to academia and preserving critical insights for women’s history, while
ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
● Translated interviews from Wakhi (native language) to English,
maintaining cultural relevance and linguistic accuracy, to create case
studies for a booklet aimed at increasing outreach and promoting
gender equality through historical documentation.
