I have ten years of operational experience in the Financial sector, with my last corporate function being the management of a payments team consisting of 22 members. My key focus was to maintain the team brand by ensuring operational efficiency throughout their daily duties. One of my main goals for the team was to automate processes to alleviate human intervention as much as possible, which I achieved by working with relevant IT stakeholders.
